  • 【Regarding Infant Fees】
    One infant (0-5 years old) can board for free with each accompanying adult. If there are two infants, one will be charged the child fare.

Additional notes

  • There is no charge for luggage that one person can carry into the cabin at one time.
    *Each item must have a combined length, width, and height of no more than 2 meters and weigh no more than 30 kg.
    However, items that emit odors, are unclean, firearms, swords, currency, banknotes, securities, stamps, jewelry, artworks, antiques, and other valuables, or any items that may cause inconvenience or harm to passengers, the vessel, or other goods may be refused for carry-on or storage.
  • There are no restaurants on board. However, cup noodles, snacks and ice cream are available 24 hours at the vending machine corner.
    *Please note that the available products may change.
    *Alcoholic beverages cannot be purchased from 24:00 to 5:00 after departing from Hakata Port.
  • All rooms are non-smoking. Please use the designated smoking room.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation until your booking is confirmed.

・Up to 7 days before the departure date: ¥200 per item (*)
・Up to 2 days before the departure date: 10% (minimum ¥200)
・Up to the departure time: 30% (minimum ¥200)
(*) Each ticket type (boarding ticket, reserved seat ticket, vehicle transport ticket, special luggage ticket) is considered one item.
Example: If you cancel a round trip from Hakata to Fukue with a round-trip Green Sleeper, it will be treated as 4 items in total (2 boarding tickets and 2 reserved seat tickets).

In case of cancellation due to a service suspension, refunds will be issued without any cancellation fees.

Changes

For changes to purchased and paid tickets (from the second time onwards), a cancellation fee will be charged. Please be aware of this in advance.

ひとりでツインを使いました！！
あの値段で快適な時間を手に入れられるのなら最高です
旅の終盤で、周りの目を気にせずゆっくり寝たいと思い、個室にしました
マットレスがあるので、硬い所にべたーっと寝なくて済むのも助かります
エアコンもあまりつかないけれどテレビも空間も誰にも邪魔されないのは本当に快適でした！！

五島から博多へ

乗船時間は長いけど長崎県内でバスや電車に乗り継ぐよりもラクに福岡にアクセスできます。
船内は食べ物、飲み物、シャワールーム、リラックスできる空間など一通り揃っています。
乗船前、ベルトラのスマホのバウチャー画面だけで乗船できるのか不安だったので窓口に申し出ると紙の乗船券を出してくれました。

博多から出港朝には到着

アクセスしやすい博多から夜に出港して、朝方には目的地に到着しましたので朝から行動することが出来ました。
船内はシャワー２つ（ボディソープ、シャンプーなし）も付いていて、結構快適な旅でした。
