One infant (0-5 years old) can board for free with each accompanying adult. If there are two infants, one will be charged the child fare.

- There is no charge for luggage that one person can carry into the cabin at one time.
*Each item must have a combined length, width, and height of no more than 2 meters and weigh no more than 30 kg.
However, items that emit odors, are unclean, firearms, swords, currency, banknotes, securities, stamps, jewelry, artworks, antiques, and other valuables, or any items that may cause inconvenience or harm to passengers, the vessel, or other goods may be refused for carry-on or storage. - There are no restaurants on board. However, cup noodles, snacks and ice cream are available 24 hours at the vending machine corner.

*Alcoholic beverages cannot be purchased from 24:00 to 5:00 after departing from Hakata Port. - All rooms are non-smoking. Please use the designated smoking room.

- Once a reservation is confirmed, a cancellation fee will be charged for any reason. Please be sure to check the "Cancellation Fee" policy at the bottom of the page for more details.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation until your booking is confirmed.
・Up to 7 days before the departure date: 200 yen per transaction (*)
・Up to 2 days before the departure date: 10% of the fare, minimum 200 yen
・Up to the departure time: 30% of the fare, minimum 200 yen
(*) Each ticket type (boarding ticket, reserved seat ticket, vehicle transport ticket, special baggage ticket) is considered one transaction per item.
Example: If you cancel a round trip from Hakata to Fukue with Green Berth (round trip), it will be 4 transactions in total, as there are 2 boarding tickets and 2 reserved seat tickets for the round trip.
In case of cancellation due to a service suspension, no cancellation fee will be charged, and a full refund will be provided.
Changes
We will charge a cancellation fee for ticket changes (2nd time and thereafter) that have been purchased and paid for. Please be aware of this in advance.
