How to Use the Rental Service
■ Pickup
1. Please read the rental terms and usage manual before making a reservation.
2. Come to Kansai Airport T1, ANA Domestic Departures, during business hours (6:00–21:00).
3. Present your voucher and a valid ID (passport, driver’s license, student ID, or My Number Card [for Japan residents]) to the staff.
4. After confirming the rental item together, the rental begins. Have a safe and pleasant journey!
■ Return
1. Please return the item to the same location where you picked it up, or to the drop-off location selected at the time of booking (for one-way returns).
2. Please present the same voucher to staff as shown at the time of rental.
3. Staff will verify the returned items for completeness and condition.
※ For 1-day rentals, the return date is the same day. Please return within business hours.
※One-way returns not available for myride

We can handle flight delays and cancellations during business hours.
If your flight is delayed or canceled outside of our counter’s operating hours, your reservation will be automatically canceled. - To receive a full refund, please obtain a delay or cancellation certificate and send it via email to the booking and payment operator (Veltra).

Please also note that in the event of intentional damage, loss, or theft of the rental device, repair or replacement costs will be charged separately. - ● Insurance Included in Rental Fee
Basic insurance covers:
Death/disability: ¥5,000,000
Hospital: ¥3,000/day
Outpatient: ¥2,000/day
Third-party damage or injury: up to ¥300 million
Also includes legal support and compensation for victims (up to ¥500,000 per person).
User is responsible for any damage beyond coverage or caused by intentional acts or rule violations. - Please refer to the product manual here.
