    After changing into a life jacket and gear, an experienced guide will give a thorough lecture on SUP paddling basics.
  4. Start SUP Yoga Tour!
    After a short paddling session to the yoga spot, the tour begins with gentle stretches on the board under the guidance of a certified instructor. Even first-timers can feel at ease as the SUP board remains stable and easy to balance on.
  5. Stretch
    Start with gentle stretches to the rhythm of the waves.Slow breathing helps release tension and relax your body. The ocean breeze adds a soothing touch.
  6. Gentle Relaxation
    Relaxing poses surrounded by nature sounds and gentle waves help calm your mind.Feel the water’s movement with your eyes closed—it brings deep healing.
  7. Pose Challenge!
    Once you're comfortable, feel free to try some more active poses. It’s fun to explore your flexibility while focusing on your breathing and balance in a natural setting.
  8. Lie Down and Recharge
    Toward the end of the yoga session, lie down on your SUP board and relax your whole body. Floating gently on the sea under the open sky brings deep relaxation and a true sense of calm.
