After changing into a life jacket and gear, an experienced guide will give a thorough lecture on SUP paddling basics.

Begin by practicing paddle control while seated on the board. The tour starts in shallow water, making it safe even for those who can’t swim. Slowly glide across the calm sea while enjoying the coastal scenery and ocean breeze of Ishigaki.

Challenge: Stand-Up Paddling
Once you get used to the paddle, try standing up slowly on the board. Balancing while paddling feels like walking on water! No worries if you can’t stand up — you're free to enjoy it in your own style.D
