    Change & Instruction
    After changing into a life jacket, an experienced guide will give a clear and careful lesson on how to paddle the SUP.
  4. SUP Yoga Begins!
    Float on the sea at sunrise and start your SUP yoga by focusing on your breath. Guided by a certified female instructor, you’ll move with balance and core awareness on the board, surrounded by the calm morning sea and gentle sunlight.
  5. Relax with Gentle Stretching
    Begin with slow stretches in rhythm with the waves. Relax your body with calm breathing, let go of daily tension, and enjoy the soothing sea breeze as you unwind.
  6. Slow Down & Relax
    Hold relaxing poses while surrounded by natural sounds and gentle waves. Close your eyes and feel the water’s sway as your mind settles into deep relaxation.
  7. Try SUP Yoga Poses!
    As you gain confidence, try poses that further engage your core. Strengthen and balance your body while having fun.
  8. Lie Down & Rest
    At the end of the session, take time to lie down quietly on your SUP. Gently rocked by the waves and surrounded by sea and sky, both body and mind can fully relax.
